You’ll lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, provide coaching and direction to improve each department, and hire and develop leaders to carry the business into the future.

• Leads a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers, providing coaching and direction to improve departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure future leadership.
