Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in a fast‑food setting.
• Proven ability to lead a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers and set goals.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.
• Experience in quick service or hospitality/retail preferred; must be 18+.
