This role emphasizes hiring and developing a strong leadership team to sustain growth and excellent guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring prior GM experience in fast-service environments or related hospitality/retail exposure and must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's customer standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals, following progress, and coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
