• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers with clear goals, coaching, and direction to improve departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the right team.
