McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant. You will drive profitability while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You’ll lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals, tracking progress, and coaching to improve performance. Responsibilities include hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers with responsibilities, provides coaching and direction to improve Departments.
• The General Manager may be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Ideal candidates should have General Manager experience running high-volume locations; background in quick service, hospitality or retail; you must be 18 years or older.
