One Haus in New York City is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume Mexican restaurant. You will lead day-to-day operations, own the P&L, and build a strong management team to scale the guest experience.

The role requires 5+ years in restaurant management, NYC compliance knowledge, and a track record of managing large teams across FOH and BOH. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with strong bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management, with significant time as GM or senior operations leader.
• Experience running a high-volume, full-service upscale or premium restaurant.
• Strong leadership of large teams across multiple management departments.
• Solid P&L skills including labor, food, and beverage costs.
• Experience partnering with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership.
• NYC restaurant experience and NYC/NYS compliance knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of daily performance across FOH and BOH, with clear standards and accountability.
• Manage a high-volume operation across peak shifts, events, and multiple service periods.
• Protect the concept by aligning with culinary leadership on quality and guest experience.
• Own the P&L, review costs, and partner on budgets and growth plans.
• Build and develop AGMs, managers, and bartenders, fostering accountability and hospitality.
• Be present on the floor during service to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth execution.
• Oversee bar/beverage programs, inventory, costs, and training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor and liquor requirements.
