Flynn Arby’s is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume restaurant. You will supervise staff, optimize curb-to-kitchen processes, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with the Flynn Group to drive exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to adapt to evenings, weekends, and holidays while building a positive team culture across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager experience in Food/Hospitality, high-volume setting preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized and meticulous with multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
