Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and guest experience. You will coach the team, drive sales, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while mentoring your Assistant General Manager.

You’ll align with Victra’s core values of performance, collaboration, integrity, and innovation, and you will act as a brand advocate to deliver consistent results and a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent for the store.
• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales objectives.
• Own store numbers and daily metrics; drive performance and outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor, and marketing decisions.
• Own escalations and ensure timely guest resolutions.
• Foster relationships with other General Managers and district leadership.
• Champion new tools and traffic strategies to grow store traffic.
