You will recruit, coach and mentor a team, optimize inventory and scheduling, uphold food safety and brand standards, and drive sales through promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a proven GM track record in high‑volume hospitality, excellent communication, financial acumen, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
