Job summary

Sitreps 2 Steercos is seeking a General Manager to own the operating system of a growing Tampa-region commercial services business. You will lead a full team, report to platform leadership, and drive performance in phase one before expanding into new markets and acquisitions.

This role requires on-site presence in the Orlando area and a close partnership with the founder. The GM will manage revenue, margins, pricing, and back-office discipline, while building a scalable organization and sales

Qualifications

• Full P&L ownership in a GM role within a trade or blue-collar services business of comparable size or larger.
• Experience leading a sales team with cadence, targets, pipeline discipline and results.
• Ability to read and defend the P&L, model levers, and drive cost and revenue decisions.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: own revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA; build budgets and pricing strategy.
• Sales Leadership: set targets, manage weekly pipeline, and establish a scalable sales motion.
• Operations: run dispatch, service delivery, installs, procurement, and receivables.
• People: assess the team, develop leaders, recruit where needed, and make decisions.
• Founder Partnership: work closely with the founder, translating field insight into process.
• Growth: pursue new markets, lead acquisitions integration, develop new services.
