Sitreps2steercos in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Vice President of Growth for Residential Home Services on a General Manager track. You will partner with the leadership team to own the growth agenda and build toward full general management.

The role targets demand generation, service expansion, and improving profitability, with a strong emphasis on field performance, technician development, and deploying proven SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must have owned a P&L or run an operation where you were measured on the result.
• Led frontline teams (crews, technicians, or operators) and earned their trust.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence to join an established team and lead without bulldozing.
• Growth-driven: you identify levers, pull them, and measure the impact.
• Financial fluency: read a P&L, find leaks, and close them.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Northern New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Develop the growth plan: demand generation, membership growth, close rate, average ticket, and new service lines.
• P&L contribution from day one, growing into full P&L ownership: revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
• Operate with the leadership team: scorecard, weekly reviews, and follow-through.
• Oversee field performance: call booking, dispatch, technician productivity, callbacks, and customer experience.
• Recruit, develop, and retain technicians in a tight Northern New Jersey labor market.
• Install the platform playbook: deploy proven SOPs and confirm adoption.
