Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins is seeking motivated General Managers to lead stores across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. Join a fast-growing franchise group and complete an eight-week paid training program to become a certified general manager.

Base pay starts at $46K–$56K per year with potential monthly and weekly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a multi-unit program. Background checks apply and referrals are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Strong communication and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Lead and coach teams to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop staff; review performance.
• Plan schedules and manage vendor orders and inventory.
