You will lead a team through coaching, scheduling, and performance management while partnering with the Area Director to optimize efficiency and profitability. This role requires flexibility and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
