Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a high-performance team, and drive revenue growth at a Tulsa location.

You will manage staff development, safety standards, and financial performance while maintaining a customer-focused culture. The role reports to the Area Director and offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees; hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster a positive, customer-focused workplace culture.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Create schedules and ensure maintenance, cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Drive revenue growth through team development and customer interactions; manage costs with BI insights.
• Handle payroll tasks; manage hiring, training, and performance management.
