Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center in Detroit is seeking a General Manager to lead the location, develop the AGMS (Purchasing, Retail, Premium Services) and Guest Services, and ensure profitable, compliant operations while delivering exceptional experiences to members and guests.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee safety programs, coach leaders, and align department strategies to meet membership, training, and retail goals while maintaining a culture of accountability and service.

• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable the department managers and Guest Services team.
• Oversee and align departmental strategies for memberships, training, and retail/range.
• Ensure profitability targets through revenue growth and expense discipline.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Escalate member/client issues and drive resolution and retention.
• Review metrics and drive improvement plans with headquarters.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and talent development.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure operations.
