Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable.
• Oversee strategies for memberships, training, and retail/range.
• Ensure profitability targets through revenue growth and expense discipline.
• Maintain compliance with ATF, OSHA, and company policies.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed.
• Review metrics and report to headquarters.
