Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold department managers (Premium Services, Retail, Guest Services) accountable.
• Align departmental strategies for balanced growth across memberships, training, and retail/range.
• Ensure profitability through revenue growth, margin management, and cost discipline.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (ATF, OSHA, financial controls, policies).
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed and oversee operations.
