Midwest Shooting Center in Lansing, MI is seeking a General Manager to steer the location's success. You will lead the three AGMs (Purchasing, Retail, & Premium Services) and Guest Services, ensuring alignment, profitability, compliance, and exceptional member experiences.

This role focuses on sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, leadership development, and a culture of accountability and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop department managers.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach department managers and Guest Services team.
• Oversee and align departmental strategies for growth.
• Ensure profitability targets through revenue, margins, and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with ATF, OSHA, and company policies.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Review and report key metrics to headquarters.
• Foster cross-department collaboration.
• Develop staff and leaders; succession planning.
• Serve as cultural leader and uphold company values.
• Drive referrals, conversions, and member retention.
