Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center is seeking a General Manager for our Sylvania, OH location to lead the three AGMS and Guest Services, driving sustainable revenue and exceptional member experiences across all departments.

You’ll develop leaders, align departments, ensure compliance and safety, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork while delivering growth, top-tier service, and strong staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven leadership ability to develop and hold managers accountable.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including P&L management.
• High integrity with focus on compliance and safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build culture, inspire teams, and enforce accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable (Premium Services, Retail Operations) and Guest Services.
• Align departmental strategies for growth across memberships, training, and retail/range.
• Ensure profitability targets through revenue growth, margins, and cost discipline.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (ATF, OSHA, financial controls, policies).
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed and oversee operations.
