Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center in Detroit, MI is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Premium Services to lead member and training client care. You’ll onboard, manage accounts, resolve issues, and drive retention while coaching frontline staff to deliver exceptional service.

Full-time position offering a salary of $50,000–$60,000 with performance incentives, health/dental/vision coverage after 90 days, and a 401(k) plan after 6 months. Opportunities for internal advancement are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member and training client care, onboarding, and renewals.
• Coach and support instructors and frontline staff.

• Collaborate with Sales and Retail/Range teams for smooth handoffs.
• Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and service audits.
