• Respond promptly to member inquiries with proactive solutions.
• Track metrics like retention and satisfaction to identify improvements.
• Drive retention and satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Sales and Retail/Range teams.
• Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and audits.
