Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead front- and back-of-house teams. The role focuses on outstanding service, operational excellence, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating a high-performing restaurant culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and scheduling team members with District Manager.
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff in partnership with HR.
• Communicating expectations and monitoring performance and compensation actions.
• Ensuring timely communication with District Manager on operational issues.
• Conducting regular restaurant inspections to meet standards.
• Tracking inventory and maintaining records.
• Resolving food prep issues and handling customer service respectfully.
• Maintaining sanitary, safe, and compliant facility operations.
