Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our management team in overseeing daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Restaurant supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years in food service, retail or restaurant supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, schedule team members with District Manager guidance.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in partnership with District Manager and HR.
• Communicate job expectations and review performance; manage compensation actions; enforce policies.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food preparation issues and handle customer service with courtesy.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and health compliance; ensure secure facility environment.
• Own and push for value-adds; seek opportunities to improve operations.
