Job summary

Sitreps 2 Steercos in Albuquerque is seeking a General Manager to own the operating system of a founder-built commercial services business. The role leads cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and back-office to drive performance and growth in a regional market.

The GM will establish targets, pricing strategies, and a disciplined cadence, while integrating acquisitions and expanding service lines in the area. This position requires on-site presence daily in ABQ.

Qualifications

• Full P&L ownership as a General Manager or equivalent in a trade or blue-collar services business of comparable size
• Operating seat in current or most recent role; consulting or banking is acceptable if not the last job
• Track record of building accountability in a sales team with targets and cadence
• Experience raising the bar on an established team without breaking culture
• Strong financial command: reads P&L and defends numbers
• Willingness to be on-site in the ABQ area every day

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: own revenue, gross margin, EBITDA; budget and pricing decisions
• Sales Leadership: set targets, manage weekly pipeline, cadence, and accountability
• Operations: run dispatch, service delivery, installs, procurement, receivables, and standardization
• People: assess and develop leaders, recruitment, and people decisions with judgment
• Founder Partnership: collaborate with founder and translate field instincts into processes
• Growth: evaluate new markets, lead integrations, and develop new service lines
