Job summary

Sitreps2steercos in Albuquerque, on-site, seeks an Assistant General Manager for Residential Home Services. You start by owning the back end of the business and then move into the GM seat, with a plan to own the brand within five to six months.

You will learn how calls become jobs, how jobs become cash, and where the operation leaks, then lead the P&L, the leadership team, and the trajectory of the brand.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record running an operation or back office where results were measured.
• Ability to take on full P&L ownership within about six months.
• Leadership of frontline teams and earned trust.
• Systems mindset: build, install, and verify processes.
• Financial fluency: read the P&L, find leaks, and close them.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Albuquerque.

Responsibilities

• First months: the back end — call center, CSRs, and dispatch; billing, collections, purchasing, inventory, and monthly close; HR, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and fleet; systems and reporting; licensing and safety compliance.
• Then: the whole business — full P&L, leadership of service, install, and sales teams; field economics; forecasting and budgeting; performance reviews with platform leadership.
