Job summary

Sitreps is seeking a General Manager to run the residential home services platform in the Salisbury, Maryland area. You will own the P&L, build and lead the leadership team, and drive growth across a multi-site service area where execution and response time win the work.

This operator's seat provides support from a national platform with proven playbooks and capital, with base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 plus bonus and long‑term incentives; willingness to relocate to Salisbury is

Qualifications

• Track record of owning a P&L or running an operation where results are measured.
• Led frontline teams such as crews, technicians, or operators and earned their trust.
• Able to read a P&L, identify leaks, and close financial gaps.
• Demonstrates bias to action and ownership mentality over reporting activity.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Salisbury, Maryland area.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and growth targets.
• The service and install model: call booking, dispatch and routing, technician productivity, average ticket, close rate, callbacks, and membership growth.
• Leadership of service and install managers, dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians: hiring, coaching, and holding the bar.
• Technician recruiting, retention, and pay structure in a competitive labor market.
• Installing the platform playbook: deploying proven SOPs and confirming adoption rather than assuming it.
• Licensing, permitting, safety, and fleet across the service area.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with platform leadership.
