Job summary

Sitreps in the St. Louis metro is seeking a General Manager to run a founder-built service business on-site. The GM will own the operating system, lead the team, and partner with the founder to scale the organization.

The role unfolds in two phases: first, stabilize performance with pricing, delivery, and back-office discipline; then drive expansion into new markets and tuck-in acquisitions under the same leadership.

Qualifications

• Full P&L ownership in a trade or blue-collar services business of comparable size.
• Operating role required; consulting or banking in background acceptable if not last job.
• Proven sales accountability with targets, cadence, and pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA; build annual budget and pricing decisions.
• Lead sales targets, pipeline cadence, and accountability for the team.
• Run dispatch, service delivery, installs, procurement, and receivables to standards.
• Assess and develop leaders; recruit to fill gaps; make people decisions with judgment.
• Partner with the founder as a true partner; translate field instincts into repeatable processes.
• Lead growth through new markets and acquisitions; drive integration after a take‑over.
