Sitreps in Albuquerque is seeking an experienced operations leader to join as Assistant General Manager, first owning the back end of the business, then stepping into the GM seat. The plan is for you to own the brand within roughly five to six months, with a path through P&L, leadership of service, install and sales teams, and disciplined performance reviews with platform leadership.

Qualifications

• Track record running an operation or back office, measured on results.
• Ability to take on full P&L ownership within ~6 months.
• Leadership of frontline teams and earned trust.
• Systems mindset: build, install, and verify processes.
• Financial fluency: read P&L, find leaks, close them.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Albuquerque.

Responsabilités

• First months: back end focus—call center, billing, HR, and fleet.
• Manage systems, reporting, licensing, and safety compliance.
• Then lead whole business: P&L, service/install/sales leaders.
• Drive field economics: productivity, ticket size, close rate, growth.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with platform leadership.
