RaceTrac is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a high-volume store and a team of up to 45 employees. You’ll drive profitability, develop guest-focused strategies, and build a culture of excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor operations, inventory, and safety standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences and achieving sales and labor goals. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (High-volume preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a winning team, recruiting, training and mentoring staff.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching and performance management.
• Drive store performance, analyze sales and labor to optimize profitability.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll to align with sales needs.
