RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a store, drive profitability, and provide an exceptional guest experience. You’ll oversee up to 45 employees, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and implement strategies that maximize sales and service quality.

You will manage operations, analyze performance metrics, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain a positive, fast-paced store environment with strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service or restaurant management experience required.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture with exceptional guest interactions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth opportunities.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Execute operational plans to meet sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Lead safety, quality checks and compliance with food handling regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive inventory and cost controls.
