RaceTrac is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume store, manage up to 45 employees, and cultivate a guest-focused culture. You’ll drive sales, optimize labor, and oversee safety and quality standards while coaching a team toward growth and success.

We’re looking for a proactive leader with strong analytical skills who can translate data into actionable improvements, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a winning team through coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Drive store performance and profitability by executing plans and analyzing sales, margins and labor data.
