Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring staff, analyzing sales and labor data, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while optimizing payroll and scheduling. A strong track record in retail or restaurant leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Foster guest-obsessed culture and mentor team members for growth.
• Analyze sales, margin, and labor reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing levels.
