Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store and develop a winning team. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback while maintaining safety, quality, and store standards. A strong focus on people, performance, and growth opportunities is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a Winning Team by coaching, training, and mentoring team members.
• Drive Store Performance & Profitability by executing plans to meet sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Maintain High Standards in Food & Safety with regular quality checks and compliance training.
• Maintain a Clean & Organized Store with proper staffing, scheduling, and vendor relations.
