You will execute local market strategies, drive profitability, improve customer experience and ensure safety standards while coordinating across multiple sites and reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of progressive leadership and management responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of P&L experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes plans to grow profitability and customer experience across the unit.
• Lead safety and regulatory compliance across the operation.
• Develop and mentor management teams across operations, fleet, sales, finance and HR.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
