Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of P&L experience.
• Prefer experience in environmental services or Fortune 500 environments.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes plans to complement the Area’s strategic operating plan; champions the execution of the strategic plan within the Business Unit.
• Oversees safety and accident prevention programs to ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
• Manages performance and talent development; builds relationships with government, community and environmental groups.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
