Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of environmental regulations relating to air, water, solid waste, and materials recovery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landfill budgeting for the Engineering department and site development.
• Manage permitting processes and regulatory interfaces for site operations.
• Supervise Environmental Technicians and Specialists; hire, train, and develop staff.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and cost tracking for cell development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting and inspections.
