Job summary

Schindler in Pittsburgh is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead the ongoing repair, maintenance, and retention of products in our portfolio across the region. You will work with the district GM to support acquisitions and recovery efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with regional business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of leadership in industrial/service environments, including P&L oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading industrial/service operations.
• Strong P&L and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the territory operations business plan to meet regional financial and non-financial goals; help develop and implement operating budgets and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage budgets and asset management; build strong relationships with key customers and consultants; ensure adherence to a customer excellence plan.
• Lead a team of Field Superintendents and Project Managers; set objectives, monitor performance, and drive development; recruit and onboard new leaders.
• Lead service operations meetings, provide technical guidance on projects, coordinate safety responsibilities and training.
