Job summary

Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc in Houston seeks an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead its expanding hospitality venue, event center, and beverage production operations. You will own the day-to-day P&L, drive top-line growth, optimize labor, and steer private events and private club experiences.

Reporting to founders, you will implement SOPs, manage a 15–30+ team, and partner with winemaking and distribution initiatives to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior operational leadership in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Proven financial management with budgets to multi-million dollars.
• Strong commercial sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete P&L accountability across all property profit centers.
• Expand top-line revenue while optimizing margins, labor percentages, and EBITDA.
