You'll own the P&L, build a strong team culture, and drive an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proven track record in revenue growth and team leadership.

• 7+ years in venue, attraction, hospitality, or live entertainment management, with 3+ years as GM or equivalent.
• Proven P&L ownership of a multi-revenue-stream operation.
• Track record of growing revenue and leading large, diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills: forecasting, labor modeling, KPIs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction in a high-traffic environment
• Represent the venue in the local community

Self Opportunity Inc. is partnering with a growing, multi-location entertainment company to find the General Manager for its Houston venue.

This is a high-volume destination with ticketed admission, memberships, food and beverage, retail, and private events. We're looking for a leader who can run every revenue stream at a high level while building a strong team culture and an exceptional guest experience.
