Job summary

Crash Champions in Florida is seeking a results-driven Location Manager to oversee front and back of shop operations, ensuring throughput, quality and timely delivery of repairs. You will supervise labor, assignments, estimates, and payroll while supporting teammates and achieving KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of collision industry standards, strong leadership, and experience with CCC ONE Total Repair Software. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry procedures and carrier requirements.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient use of estimating software (CCC ONE).
• Comfort with computers and technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop for throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management; prioritize teardown/paint.
• Teammate support; assist with customer check-in and estimates as needed.
• Monitor production goals; ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-Car standards; verify accurate billing and PPE compliance.
• Complete payroll and staffing; manage punch-in/out and leave procedures.
• Coordinate daily production flow with technicians and managers to meet delivery requirements.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after damage discovery and lock final estimates.
• Recruit, coach, and develop teammates through interviews and performance feedback.
