Crash Champions is seeking a location-based manager in Strongsville, OH to oversee shop operations from intake to delivery, manage staffing and payroll, and drive production through high-quality repairs.

The role requires leadership, industry knowledge, and proficiency with estimating software. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position offers competitive benefits and a clear path to growth within the MSO network.

Formación

• Knowledge of collision industry procedures and insurance processes.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Proficient in using CCC ONE Total Repair Software for estimates.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front/back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Assign repair jobs to technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Assist teammates during peak times with customer intake and estimates.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR quality standards and accurate billing.
• Oversee payroll, staffing, and PTO for production staff; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Estimator, and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and damage discovery; update and lock estimates.
• Recruit, interview, and coach teammates for growth and progression.
