Skilz for Kids in Virginia Beach is seeking a proactive General Manager to lead the KidStrong center, coach staff, build member relationships, and drive sales performance. You will set goals, train coaches, and deliver an exceptional experience for families and the team.

The role requires managing KPIs, scheduling, events, and maintaining brand standards while supporting growth and retention across a busy center.

Formación

• Athletic or coaching background with kids 15 months to 11 years.
• Complete HQ Training and Certification.
• Experience presenting to parents/guardians.
• Management experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee center KPIs and financials to drive decisions.
• Maintain relationships with families and ensure exceptional service.
• Schedule, promote, and sell KidStrong events; drive center profitability.
• Lead staff development and performance reviews.
