Job summary

Skilz for Kids in Bel Air, MD is seeking a General Manager for our KidStrong Center. You will lead operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver an exceptional experience for families and kids.

You will oversee KPIs, staff development, events, scheduling, and partnerships, while maintaining high safety and customer-service standards. Competitive base salary with a strong bonus plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Must achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Experience managing coaches, scheduling, and events.
• Comfortable discussing topics with parents/guardians.

Responsibilities

• Center Operations: monitor KPIs, financials, and drive center decisions.
• Sales: manage leads, calls, trials, events, and bookings.
• Leadership: recruit, train, and evaluate coaching staff; lead meetings.
• Coaching: deliver evolving curriculum, engage students, and use KS Coaches App.
