Tropical Smoothie Café in Indiana is hiring a Restaurant General Manager who will lead the crew to deliver unparalleled hospitality and uphold the brand’s sunny culture. You will drive sales, control costs, and ensure operational excellence across front and back of house.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in QSR, strong leadership, and an ability to hire, train, and develop team members while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years QSR experience preferred.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Reliable transportation and excellent menu/product knowledge.
• Strong cost of goods and labor management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales growth and cost control to meet profit goals.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Represents the café with a professional image and sanitation standards.
• Executes marketing, sales programs, and local campaigns.
• Leads local store marketing and community engagement.
• Prepares ingredients and serves items to standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and restrooms.
• Performs additional tasks to run the café.
