Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, develop talent, and drive strong financial results. You will be the key leader responsible for cultivating an exceptional guest experience and upholding our high operational standards.

With SERVE Hospitality Group, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary of $55,000 - $58,000 plus a performance bonus up to 1% of store sales (average $10,000).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Preferred ServSafe Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 15–25 employees.
• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage budgets, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and health/safety compliance.
