Tropical Smoothie Café in Noblesville, IN is seeking a General Manager to lead the crew, drive sales, and uphold the brand's hospitality standard. You will manage staffing, training, and daily operations to ensure excellent service and quality food and smoothies.

This full-time role offers a supportive team, growth opportunities, and a compensation package including salary range $45,000–$65,000 with quarterly bonuses, benefits, and paid training.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years QSR experience preferred.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front and back of house.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors sales growth and cost control against budgeted expectations to meet profit goals.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent and professional image by maintaining sanitation and appearance standards.
• Communicates and stays updated on marketing materials; executes marketing programs and guidelines.
• Builds café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and local store marketing campaigns.
• Interacts with crew and customers using the brand tone and Tropitude.
• Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves food and smoothies to standards.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas.
• Performs additional tasks necessary to run the café.
