Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in hiring, training and developing team members helpful.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales growth and cost control against budget and historical performance.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a professional image and ensures sanitation and appearance standards.
• Executes marketing and promotions in line with brand guidelines.
• Cultivates local store marketing and community relationships to grow café sales.
• Interacts with crew and customers using Tropitude to deliver hospitality.
• Prepares ingredients and assembles food and smoothies to standards.
• Keeps kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Performs additional tasks to run the café smoothly.
