Prosegur Security USA, Inc in New York seeks a General Manager to partner with the SVP and Human Resources, oversee the local branch, and ensure compliance with reporting and operational requirements. This role will manage key operational processes aligned with business objectives and leverage corporate resources to implement data-driven solutions supporting organizational goals.

The person will lead security operations for the guarding division, drive P&L performance, recruit and interview

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of management experience in aviation security, airport operations, airline security, cargo security, or TSA-regulated environments.
• Strong working knowledge of TSA Security Programs, airport regulatory requirements, and aviation security operations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee security operations and client contracts for the guarding division.
• Maintain performance within fiscal parameters and manage P&L.
• Ensure compliant audit procedures per regulations.
• Recruit and interview staff to meet client needs.
• Develop client relations and pursue new business opportunities.
• Schedule staff and assign coverage to meet client needs.
• Train staff and administer performance evaluations.
• Prepare reports and respond to questions with documentation.
• Ensure safety and report hazards.
• Collaborate with corporate HR on special projects.
