The Parking Spot is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations at a busy near-airport facility. You will oversee front desk, shuttle operations, security, staffing, budgeting, and compliance while delivering The Parking Spot’s renowned hospitality.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of managerial experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in a management position with direct supervisory experience.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the facility's day-to-day operations and appearance
• Monitors staff performance and ensures prompt attendance/duty completion
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees for assigned roles
• Ensures consistent delivery of hospitality standards
• Manages customer service issues and enforces company policies
