Job summary

The Parking Spot, located in Austin, TX, seeks a Supervisor to support management and ensure smooth daily operations. The role covers shift coverage, guest and employee needs, and safety. You’ll help maintain facilities and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is $18 per hour with regular bonus opportunities, weekly pay, and an Employee Ownership Program. Eligible benefits include medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k). Training and development are also available.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to pass DOT regulations and maintain a driving record.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and safety.
• Report vehicle accidents or injuries to management.
• Contact employees to fill shifts or cover shifts as needed.
• Perform frontline duties as requested by management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
